Cheryl has more than twenty years experience working with businesses across all industry sectors and including small to medium sized companies through to large corporate organisations.

Cheryl has the expertise to get to the core cause of issues to identify critical needs and to design a tailored solution that is relevant for each business or person situation. She will always go ‘ that extra mile’ to ensure that the assistance provided by CDL is a positive experience.

Cheryl is committed to building effective relationships and working in partnership to identify ways that will address business and people capability issues in order to support sustainable growth. Cheryl has extensive experience in company formation, business management, recruitment, advertising, and marketing.

Cheryl has a New Zealand Diploma in Business, a New Zealand Institute of Management Diploma and a Diploma in Human Resources. She is also a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand and is currently completing a Law of Attraction Practitioners Course.
