Profile of Carolyn Oxley
Associate Consultant
In her 12 years within the Human Resource Management field, Carolyn’s strengths include change management, training and coaching, performance improvement and talent and succession planning.
While working as a Human Resource Manager, Carolyn has been involved in a number of significant change management projects involving large scale organisational restructuring. She also specialises in employment relations which complements Carolyn’s wider HR skills.
In her role with CDL, Carolyn provides specialist expertise to Line Management when handling the process of consultation and redundancy and has an empathetic and supportive style when assisting employees who have been affected by redundancy.
Carolyn also has a wealth of experience in helping employees to identify internal growth and development opportunities, tapping into her extensive training and facilitation skills to progress discussions and to formulate action plans. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato, majoring in Strategic Management.
