Colleen brings to CDL more than twenty years experience in senior management roles in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. As a previous Training Manager, Colleen has also been responsible for the development of numerous successful learning and development initiatives.

Colleen’s strengths like in people development, providing assistance and support in career management and transition. Colleen is passionate about positively influencing the motivation of people. She is a skilled and highly experienced leader, mentor, coach and manager.

As a Senior Manager, Colleen has been involved in developing and implementing change initiatives within organisations and has also experienced herself the effects that change can have on individuals and groups.

Colleen is a Member of the New Zealand Association of Training and Development and the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand. Colleen has completed numerous business programmes and is a Registered Workplace Assessor.
