Juanita brings to CDL Insight Consulting more than twenty years experience working in the Human Resources industry which has included advisory, management and consulting roles with both national and international organisations.

Juanita is an excellent communicator who is able to coach and encourage people to reach their full potential in line with any existing business requirements.  With a background in Human Resource Management, Juanita has a special passion for advising and supporting employees through change management.  From both a Human Resource Management and personal perspective Juanita understands the personal impact of company re-design and change.
