Founded in 1997, and following several company name changes to reflect the increased level of expertise

More than 13 years on, the founder of the company continues to have a very active strategic role within the business. She is ably supported by a highly passionate consulting and administrative team that brings to CDL Insight a breadth and depth of experience that is unparalleled within our industry.
The rapid demand for CDL services across the country resulted in the development of multiple office
locations in 1999 as well as the evolvement of significant regional capability to meet the needs of our multi national clients. CDL has also provided business and people capability solutions for businesses based across Asia Pacific, the US and the UK.
Based on the company’s high level of expertise, industry feedback and ‘best practice’ interventions, in 2006 CDL was invited to apply for co -partnership of CPI, the world’s largest talent management company headquartered in the United States. Following the firm’s successful application, Shirley Keith, founder of CDL was appointed to the position of Vice President Asia Pacific for CPI and was also International Representative on the Board of Directors.
