I have found CDL to be extremely helpful in managing staff change processes during times that have involved considerable stress and commercial imperatives for our business. The assistance has included best practice advice in dealing with redundancy, often working to short lead times and dealing with multiple sites.

We entered into a Preferred Supplier agreement with CDL about two years ago as a result of the excellent feedback we were getting about their services for the year prior to that. They were always able to customise their services to each person's or group's needs, and could provide their services in all the areas we had offices as a result of their national capability. Having a single point of contact with a Relationship Manager was also a real plus, it made life a lot easier.

Four years ago we identified retention issues in our industry at certain career stages with professional staff. CDL assisted us in the retention of key staff with their Career Development and Assessment programmes The programmes have been a great success and we have been using them ever since. Having a Relationship Manager meant that getting things started was easy, one phone call! And as we're a national business having a provider available throughout New Zealand was important.
