Within the last three years, CDL has noticed a huge rise in the number of requests the firm receives to assist with Leadership Training and Executive Coaching.

Leadership Assessment - For supervisors & team leaders who are often promoted on the basis of tenure, experience and technical competence but lack effective people management skills.
Leadership Development - For lower to middle managers who need to better understand the impact of their style on others. Included is Emotional Intelligence 360 degree feedback.
Executive Coaching - Situational Coaching over 6 months (extended if required) to enhance the performance of those responsible for the strategic direction of the business. This includes, but is not limited to General Managers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Executive Officers and members of the Board of Directors.
