At CDL we recognise that job search and career management is not a 9.00 am 5.00 pm Monday to Friday activity. In response, we have developed an online Career Centre which supplements the personalised one - on - one coaching that we provide.

Dependent on the focus of each individual programme, access will be provided to a host of interactive exercises that include modules covering managing change, career and personal assessment, psychometric testing questionnaires, interview techniques and negotiating job offers.
